Maureen Hannafin spent 17 years as the Head Coach at her alma mater Notre Dame Academy where she led the Gators to 236 wins, while helping guide numerous players to college scholarships. In 2006 Coach Moe began a six year tenure as the Assistant Coach at her other alma mater, Wagner College. Hannafin played and excelled at both schools. She was a 1,000 point scorer in both High School and College. Through hustle and heart she helped lead Wagner College Womens Basketball team to the schools only NEC championship in 1989 and was named NEC Player of the Year for her efforts.
Six of Coach Moe's former players are currently coaching High School Girls Basketball on Staten Island while one is coaching at the college level. Hannafin will join forces with her players as well as her former assistant and husband John, to make your childs camp experience one to remember.
Whether you are just starting out or trying to make your High School team, these camps and training sessions provide a hard working and fun environment for the players to enhance their basketball skills. The players will work on all facets of basketball skill training, including: passing, dribbling, shooting, defense, agility, strength and conditioning, as well as the development of team concepts.
